This is an 8* play on TOR@PHI to go Under the total.

I took the Raptors to win this series, and I like them in Game 3 coming off a terrible home loss in Game 2. The Sixers shot 39 percent from the field and scored 95 points in their Game 2 win, and that says a lot about just how bad Toronto was offensively. While you have to give Philly credit for their play on defense, you can bet the Raptors will be better here in Game 3. Toronto has failed to reach the total in five straight road games, and the under is 7-1 in Toronto's last eight overall. Here is what I said prior to Game 1:

"The Raptors were 3-1 against the Sixers during the regular season, but perhaps the most significant thing about the regular season series was that Kawhi Leonard didn't play in the one game that Philly won. The Sixers were 31-10 at home this season, but they had a losing record on the road. I am not convinced that this team is all that different that the team that lost in five games to Boston in last year's East Seminfinal. They lost all three games at Boston, and they lost Game 1 by 16 points. While they have since added Jimmy Butler, the health of Joel Embiid is in question. The Raptors on the other hand look a lot better with Kahwi Leonard and Marc Gasol than they did a year ago."

Take Under.
